WSFA 2025 Contests

Put your fair in the spotlight!
Showcase your fair’s creativity, innovation, and community impact by entering the WSFA Contests at the 2025 Convention. Whether it's marketing materials, special events, or outstanding fair programs, there's a category for everyone. This is a great opportunity to celebrate your fair’s hard work and gain recognition among your peers across the state.

Fair Attendance Categories

A - Fairs under 8,000 and youth shows
B - Fairs 8,001- 22,000
C - Fairs 22,001- 40,000
D - Fairs 40,001-100,000
E - 100,001 and over.

Eligible Entries

Only entries from the 2025 season will be accepted for the following contests:
  • Poster Contest
  • Website Contest
  • Best Marketing Campaign
  • Fair T-Shirt & Merch Contest
  • Scrapbook Contest
For all other contests, entries from the 2024 and 2025 seasons are eligible.
