To make reservations at the Earthbox Inn you need to mention WA State Fairs Association
March 26 - March 28, 2026 – These are the dates the block (room rate) is good for.
Please have your participants call the Earthbox Inn front desk at 360-378-4000 ext. 1 and ask to be added to the Washington State Fairs Association group.
The room rates are:
Water Places - One Queen Bed, 250 sq ft, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, A/C - $144 per room plus tax per night
Earth Places - Two Queen Beds, 350 sq ft, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, A/C - $164 per room plus tax per night
Sky Places - One King Bed, 350 sq ft, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, A/C - $174 per room plus tax per night
All other rooms (large QQ, large QQ with kitchen, cottage, pet friendly rooms, cabana rooms by the pool)) are 10% off rack rate. The rooms will go fast and the rate is good as long as they still have room left.

To make reservations at the Friday Harbor Suites you also need to call the front desk at 360-378-3031, to make reservations with the group rate. (listed below)
You need to mention they are with the Washington State Fairs Association to get the reduced rate.
The rooms and rates are:
Queen 144+ Tax per night
Double Queen $155+ Tax per night
King Suite $165 + Tax per night
2 nights minimum, and must be booked by February 28th to get this rate.
