The Coast Wenatchee Center Hotel is connected to the Wenatchee Convention Center by a Sky Bridge and the Hilton Garden Inn is about 3 minutes away by car, from the Wenatchee Convention Center or a 7-minute walk using the Walking Bridge.

Registration fee starting Saturday, September 6, 2025 is $389.
A single registration entitles you to one name badge, entrance to all convention activities, 5 meals, a program and number making you eligible for all the prizes to be given away.
Individual meals may be purchased for $55 each: Thursday evening; Friday lunch; Friday evening; Saturday lunch; Saturday evening.
Badges will be required at all meetings and convention functions.
If you are already registered for the convention, you do not need to additionally register for Super Saturday.
To host a Trade Show booth, you must also be registered for the Convention WITH THIS FORM. Your Trade Show application is valid only for the trade show booth.
Refund Policy: Refund requests must be received by Friday, September 21, 2025. Starting Saturday, September 22, 2025, the funds may be transferred to another member, but not refunded.
