To host a Trade Show booth, you must also be registered for the Convention as an individual as well as purchasing the appropriate trade show booth.

Your Trade Show Booth will Include:
* A draped table, and chair. Additional tables may be pre-ordered.
* Booths are approximately 8 feet wide by 8 feet deep.
* Hospitality hours, coffee and snack break will be scheduled in the trade show exhibit hall.
* The opportunity to showcase your talents and have one on one conversations with Fair buyers.

2026 Showcase Speakeasy Roaming

Roaming Showcasing will complement our Showcase Speakeasy event during our Convention in Wenatchee, WA on October 22, 2026. This program will give service members whose acts cannot be showcased on stage at the convention the opportunity to mix & mingle at the event.
