This competition recognizes outstanding marketing efforts that promote and celebrate your Fair. Whether you used traditional print media, digital strategies, or creative merchandise, this is your chance to showcase how you told your Fair’s story to the public.

Each entry can include up to 12 items—such as social media campaigns, press releases, tickets, maps, souvenirs, website screenshots, or other marketing tools—along with captions or short descriptions explaining their purpose and impact. No essay required!

Judging Criteria:

  • Storytelling & Message Clarity – 30 points
  • Creativity & Originality – 30 points
  • Visual Appeal & Design – 25 points
  • Variety & Quality of Materials – 15 points

Fair Attendance Categories

A - Fairs under 8,000 and youth shows
B - Fairs 8,001- 22,000
C - Fairs 22,001- 40,000
D - Fairs 40,001-100,000
E - 100,001 and over.
