Highlighting the creativity, hustle, and heart that happens outside of fair week!
This contest recognizes a successful non-fair event hosted at your facility that was organized or co-organized by your fairgrounds staff. Whether it was a new idea, a returning favorite, or a creative collaboration with a community partner, we want to see how your team brings life to the grounds year-round. Submissions should help tell the story—what the event was, how it came together, how it was promoted, and what kind of impact it had.
Include photos, marketing samples, and a summary of what worked, what you learned, and how attendees responded.
Judging Criteria:
- Execution and Overall Success- 35 points
- Marketing Approach and Visibility- 35 points
- Creativity, Innovation, or Community Impact- 30 points
