Every organization is bound by rules that govern how they operate and who participates. The WSFA strives to be an organization that represents and is governed by those they serve.
Member associations ultimately have a responsibility to review and suggest changes to the governing body of that organization.
Proposed bylaw changes shall be submitted by member associations to the Board of Directors for their consideration no later than July 1st. Proposed bylaw changes submitted to the Board of Directors will be made available to all member associations at least thirty (30) days prior to the annual meeting. Adoption of a bylaw change must be approved by 2/3 majority vote of the voting delegates present at the annual meeting.
