This contest celebrates the vital role of in-kind partnerships—those generous contributions of goods or services that helped your Fair succeed without money changing hands. From lodging and landscaping to equipment, signage, or staffing support, in-kind sponsors provide the behind-the-scenes help that keeps our fairs running strong.
To enter, simply share a photo (up to two) showing the impact of the sponsorship and tell us about the sponsor’s contribution: what was provided, how it supported your event, and why it mattered.

- Clarity and Quality of Description- 20 points
- Creativity and Resourcefulness- 20 points
- Visual Representation- 15 points
- Recognition of Sponsor- 15 points
