WSU Extension 4-H has pulled together resources, creating a tool kit that will serve to be useful if fairs and exhibitions are cancelled. These tools will help navigate through virtual showcase options. WSU Extension and the community may be called upon to create a virtual showcase and this tool kit can be used to assist. Some items in the tool kit have been gleaned from national partners in other states for both still and living project areas. Where there were/are deficiencies we have created documents to fill the need. Many are grab and go to help all of us in these uncertain times. This will be a living tool kit that can be added to as we determine things that work well and things that need more. Some of our partners in this process, including you, may approach us with an even more efficient or cool way to accomplish a virtual event recognizing Washington's Youth in the event that the Fair or Exposition is cancelled.
Below is the information for the zoom workshop May 29 @ 2 pm. Please share this with key volunteers and Fair Management or Fair Boards who may also benefit from learning more about a virtual showcase.
