Offers an excellent opportunity for young people from throughout the Pacific Northwest to showcase their sheep projects in a competitive, fun, and educational environment. Events include classes for market lambs, feeder lambs, and breeding sheep, as well as sheep fitting and showing classes by exhibitor age division. Other competitions include the Sheep Skill-A-Thon, a sheep trimming contest, and educational displays. The use of ultrasound technology and an indexed appraisal system promotes accurate and systematic market lamb evaluation and enhances the educational experience of exhibitors and spectators. Show, Pygmy Goat Show, Rodeos. - 7 acres of landscaped grounds, 3.5 acres of stress-free parking, 13 major buildings, 40 RV hook-ups, 10 food concessions, 30 commercial exhibits, 500 bleacher seats. The facility offers a peaceful setting away from congestion and crowds where families or organizations can gather without the stress of traffic and limited parking. Freeway connects our quiet rural setting with the nearby cities of Spokane, Tri-Cities (Pasco, Richland & Kennewick), Moses Lake and Seattle.

The fairgrounds is home of the Wheat Land Communities' Fair held every Labor Day weekend. One half mile East of City Center on Main St. & Division St. Board meets 3rd Tuesday.
