2011 EAST SIDE SUPER SCHOOL

Mark your calendars for Saturday, March 19, as the Washington State Fairs Association will be sponsoring its annual Eastside Super School and Area Meeting at the Benton County Fairgrounds in Kennewick, Washington. Registration will begin at 8:30 AM in Building 5 on the Benton County Fairgrounds.

This event is a great opportunity for your fair’s superintendents, volunteers, board, and staff to gain additional training and to network with other fair’s representatives. The draft schedule is enclosed with this notice; we ask that you make copies to distribute to those you wish to invite to the Super School. We hope they will find sessions that will interest them.

Registration and lunch are $15.00 per person. For your convenience we have enclosed an invoice that you can submit to your County Auditor’s Office. Make your check payable to the Washington State Fairs Association and send to:

Door prizes and donations for the silent auction are requested. Please bring silent auction donations and your contributions with you to Super School, and check them at the Registration Desk.

Please bring pictures of your decorated departments for critiquing in the decorating workshop and turn them in at the Registration Desk.

If lodging accommodations are necessary, please find information on area hotels/motels enclosed.

NOTE: In 2011 this will be the only Super School offered. In 2012 the Super School location will be on the West Side of our state. See you soon!
